The Judicial Nominating Commission has submitted recommendations to fill a vacancy within the State Court of Rockdale County.  The vacancy was created by the resignation of the Honorable Clarence Cuthpert.

Governor Kemp will fill the vacancy from the list.  The Governor’s Office will contact candidates to schedule interviews.

The following names were submitted to Governor Kemp:

  • Angelique B. McClendon – General Counsel, Georgia Department of Driver Services
  • Vasco “Terry” McRae – Assistant Solicitor General, Gwinnett County Solicitor General’s Office; General Practice Attorney, Vasco T. McRae Attorney-at-Law
