The Judicial Nominating Commission has submitted recommendations to fill a vacancy within the Superior Court of the Columbia Judicial Circuit.

Governor Kemp will fill the vacancies from among the list.  The Governor’s Office will contact candidates to schedule interviews.

The following names were submitted to Governor Kemp:

  • J. Grady Blanchard – Chief Judge, Municipal Courts of Waynesboro and Louisville
  • Barry A. Fleming – Representative, Georgia House of Representatives; partner, Fleming Nelson LLP
