The Judicial Nominating Commission has submitted recommendations to fill vacancies within the State Courts of Carroll, Coffee, and Hall Counties and in the Superior Court of the Conasauga Judicial Circuit.  The vacancies within the State Courts of Carroll, Coffee, and Hall Counties were created by the appointment of the Honorable Erica Tisginer to the Superior Court of the Coweta Judicial Circuit, the resignation of the Honorable Robert H. Preston, and the resignation of the Honorable B.E. Roberts, III, respectively.  The vacancy in the Superior Court of the Conasauga Judicial Circuit was created by the resignation of the Honorable William T. Boyett.

Governor Kemp will fill the vacancies from among the lists.  The Governor’s Office will contact candidates to schedule interviews.
