The Judicial Nominating Commission has submitted to Governor Kemp recommendations to fill a vacancy within the Superior Court of the Stone Mountain Judicial Circuit.  The vacancy was created by the resignation of the Honorable Linda Warren Hunter.  Governor Kemp will fill the vacancy from among the list.  The Governor’s Office will contact candidates to schedule interviews.

The following names were submitted to Governor Kemp:

  • Rodney H. Atreopersaud – Assistant Attorney General, Georgia Department of Law
  • A’Sheika L. Penn – Deputy Chief Assistant District Attorney, Office of the District Attorney, DeKalb County
  • Nora L. Polk – Supervising Magistrate Judge, DeKalb County Magistrate Court
