The Judicial Nominating Commission has submitted to Governor Kemp recommendations to fill a new judgeship within the State Court of Rockdale County.  This judgeship was created by Act Number 397 (Senate Bill 508) during the 2020 session of the Georgia General Assembly.  Governor Kemp will fill the vacancy from among the list.  The Governor's Office will contact candidates to schedule interviews.

  • Mary Catherine D'Arcy - Supervising Assistant District Attorney, Rockdale Judicial Circuit
  • Richard R. Read - Senior Assistant District Attorney, Rockdale Judicial Circuit
