The Judicial Nominating Commission has submitted to Governor Kemp recommendations to fill a vacancy within the Superior Court of the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit.  This vacancy was created by the resignation of the Honorable William C. Rumer.  Governor Kemp will fill the vacancy from among the list.  The Governor’s Office will contact candidates to schedule interviews.

 The following names were submitted to Governor Kemp:

  •  Wesley A. Lambertus – associate, Brown & Adams, LLC
  •  John T. Martin, Sr. – attorney, John T. Martin, AAL, PC
  •  Benjamin S. Richardson – Judge, State Court of Muscogee County
