The Judicial Nominating Commission has submitted to Governor Kemp recommendations to fill a vacancy within the State Court of Henry County.  The vacancy will be created by the February 20 retirement of the Honorable Ernest D. Blount.  Governor Kemp will fill the vacancy from among the list.  The Governor’s Office will contact candidates to schedule interviews.

The following names were submitted to Governor Kemp:

  • Monica Dean – senior associate, Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, LLP; JAG, Georgia Air National Guard, U.S. Air Force
  • Vincent A. “Vinny” Lotti – founding partner and attorney, The Lotti Law Firm, LLC; Associate Judge, Henry County Magistrate Court
  • Danielle Roberts – Presiding Judge, Henry County Magistrate Court
