The Judicial Nominating Commission has submitted recommendations to fill a vacancy within the Superior Court of the Atlanta Judicial Circuit.  The vacancy was created by the appointment of the Honorable Shawn LaGrua to the Georgia Supreme Court.  Governor Kemp will fill the vacancy from among the list.  The Governor’s Office will contact candidates to schedule interviews.

 

The following names were submitted to Governor Kemp:

  • Chuck Eaton – Commissioner, Georgia Public Service Commission
  • Elizabeth L. Fite – Co-Founder, Rogers & Fite, LLC
  • Christopher E. Ward – Deputy Chief Judge, Municipal Court of Atlanta
